I grew up here with my brother & sister at 2074 Lakewood Dr. for a few years, around 1968-1974 timeframe. Yes, these apartments have been around a while. They looked just as good on visit a few years ago as they did 50+ years ago - great upkeep & maintenance obviously. It was close to everything. Our parents & us kids were friends with many neighbors. Back then we sometimes had "neighborhood bbq" & volleyball in the community backyard courtyard.

I lived here for 5 years. Great place to live. Great customer service from friendly staff. Great maintenance staff. I would continue to live here if I wasn’t relocating to live with my girlfriend.

"Great Apartments, and amazing staff. I moved in on the 6th, and I have to say Lily is the best! I must have called in 7+ times over the course of two days, giving updates and confirming everything and Lily has been so amazing with that process. The price is very reasonable and the space is amazing with the townhouses. Key notes: good water pressure, heating and cooling work well. Appliances are old but work well. 10/10. Request Lily."

"I have been living at Van Buren for a year and a half. I only have positive things to say. Location is excellent. Close to downtown Dayton, easy access to HW. The townhouses are well kept, with maintenance responding to every need I have had. The grounds keeper keeps the property nice and enjoyable to walk! The property manager and excellent staff are the nicest people and I have only had wonder experiences with them. 10/10 recommend."

Love this place! Lived here for a year and had a great time - the only reason I moved in was because of Chanelle, she gave us a great tour of our options and was a great personality our entire lease. She took care of all of our needs as they were her own!
