Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Kettering, OH? Look no further than Van Buren Village Apartments! As a pet-friendly community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Van Buren Apartments. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Our Pet Policy:
- Van Buren Village allows dogs, Only in townhomes.
- Van Buren Village allows cats.
- Van Buren Village welcomes pets upon approval
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
Pet Fees:
- A two hundred ninety-nine ($299) for 1 pet & a four hundred ninety-nine ($499) for 2 pet non-refundable fee.
- The monthly pet rent is thirty ($30) per pet.
